VTEX DCS

VTEX DCS (Digital Commerce Specialist), a global program that prepares recent graduates to become future leaders of the Digital Commerce industry by providing them with the most crucial knowledge and skills trending in the market. VTEX DCS started in 2021 and since then, more than 110 recent graduates have participated in the program, each edition lasted to 12 months. Currently, we hire DCSers in Brazil, Colombia, Argentina, Spain, and Mexico. Our DCSers last edition (2024) counted with: 83% STEM courses (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math), where 48% women participants, and 43% Black and Mixed-race declared participants in Brazil.
