VTEX DCS

VTEX DCS (Digital Commerce Specialist), a global program that prepares recent graduates to become future leaders of the Digital Commerce industry by providing them with the most crucial knowledge and skills trending in the market. 

VTEX DCS started in 2021 and since then, more than 130 recent graduates have participated in the program, each edition lasts 18 months. Currently, we hire DCSers in Brazil and Colombia. 

Currently, our active DCSers consist of approximately 80% from STEM courses (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics), with 40% women participants.
