VTEX LAB

VTEX has helped to influence the technology ecosystem in the training of young professionals from states outside the Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo axis, an initiative called VTEX Lab. This is a partnership program with 3 leading universities (UFCG, UFPE, UFC-Quixadá) in the field of technology to enhance the professional training of students, providing direct contact with real challenges, with impact on a global scale and bringing them closer to the experience of the sector, through research and development projects in laboratories of teaching institutions. 

In addition to contributing to the training of young professionals, who can be absorbed by VTEX, the program stimulates the generation of ideas and maintains constant innovation in the daily lives of all those involved. More than 120 students have already benefited from the VTEX Lab program, with 50% female participation.
